    You will be part of our Customer Care Team to contribute with your expertise and skills to provide excellent customer service.

    Your Role:

    • Responsible for growing and diversifying business according to financial and volume targets.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Own, monitor, and drive sales activities for customers within your control.
    • Collaborate with CCL managers, pricing, and business development teams.
    • Gather information on pricing and products in the marketplace.
    • Report customer feedback and support resolutions as needed.
    • Assist in onboarding new customers.
    • Maintain updated customer information in internal systems.
    • Review customer portfolios regularly with the team.
    • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
