A SAPProject Manager at Thoucentric is a highly experienced professionalresponsible for effectively managing end to end SAP S4 HANA andother SAP solutions projects both onprem and private/public cloud.They have extensive experience managing and delivering complexglobal multiphase SAP enterprise engagements using standard projectmanagement tools skills and methodologies following Agile andHybridAgile. They understand the SAP Activate methodology as wellas the SAP install methodology for Public Cloud. This role combinesadvanced project management and client engagement skills withappropriate knowledge SAP tools functionality and solutions toensure the successful delivery of highimpact highvalueprojects.

They play a critical role in shapingproject delivery strategy and execution to achieve clientoperational organization and business goals. They are responsiblefor the endtoend project lifecycle from project initiation toclosure and client reference. Senior Project Managers are alsoresponsible for coordinating with SAP Tower teams on staffingquality reviews escalations and other deliveryspecificcollaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsiblefor the overall successful delivery of SAP projects/programsaccording to standard practices ensure both client satisfaction andcontractualgoals
  
• Providestrong strategic direction for complex projects aligning them withclient organizational operational and business goals andpriorities
  
• Developand communicate a clear vision and execution to the entire team andstakeholders across all workstreams and domains of SAP S4 HANA andlikeprojects
  
• Establishand maintain strong relationships with client stakeholdersincluding executives productowners
  
• Manageproject resources including personnel tools methods and equipmentaccording to SAP Activate methodology and Statement ofWork
  
• Maintainand manage project budget and staffing as well as creation ofChange Requests/Orders to secure additional projectbudgets
  
• Negotiateand document requested scope changes with customers and secureinternal alignment on contractrelatedchanges
  
• Developcommunicate and manage risk mitigation strategies and contingencyplans
  
• Ensurethat project deliverables are created managed and meet SAP Towerqualitystandards
  
• Collaborateand hold accountable client stakeholder and team according to theterms of the SOW orcontract
  
• Developcomprehensive project plans including timelines budgets resourceallocations and risk managementstrategies
  
• Createand communicate the projects strategic direction and objectives tothe projectteam
  
• Buildlead and motivate crossfunctional project teams assigning andmonitoring tasks andresponsibilities
  
• Monitorand report to both client and project progress identifying andaddressing potential issues or roadblockspromptly
  
• Maintainclear documentation of project activities decisions risks issuesandoutcomes
  
• Deliverpresentations and reports to various stakeholders including seniormanagement providing project updates insights and in conjunctionwith other Towers though leadership whenrequired
  
• Stayupdated on industry trends project management methodologies andemergingtechnologies.
  
• Supportthe creation and delivery of Steering Committee and/or QBRs(Quarterly Business Reviews) as well as road mappingsessions
  
• Identifyaccount growth opportunities and support Delivery and Sales Teamleadership in account growthactivities

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field such as Business AdministrationEconomics Finance Engineering Computer Science Information Systemsor relatedfield.
  
• MBAor relevant masters degree advanced degreeexpected.
  

EXPERIENCE:

• 1015 years of experience in projectmanagement.
  
• Minimumof 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.Deep Understanding of Scrum principles Agile practices and HybridMethodologies.
  
• Extensiveexperience in managing large complex projects with crossfunctionalteams.
  
• Projectmanagement software knowledge such as Microsoft Project SmartsheetJira Confluence Asana Trelloetc.
