Cerner is growing and currently looking for a Learning Partner I.

As Learning Partner I, you will be onboarding new employees, performing competency checks, and providing direction on learning resources that is available.

Design and implement appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design, solution adoption best practices, and personalized training through rounding and elbow support.

In this role, you will be also expected to create learning-specific training related to localized learning materials. Deliver educational materials in person and virtually, using in-depth knowledge of the content area and facilitation best practices. Additionally, oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities. Maintenance of participant's roster & feedback on all the programs.

Also, evaluate and proactively improve measurement of learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes.

Maintenance of materials and documentation related to the program/project.
Planning and attending collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule.
Manage tickets assigned for learning support and education requests and provide metrics/dashboards/reports to management on demand.


Working Environment:


  • Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance OfferedThis position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote.     Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:


  • At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Health Care, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a trainer or curriculum developer
  • 2 years of technical or professional experience, preferably using Cerner Millennium products or related software

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management System ( Workday preferable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Program Management
  • Knowledge of tools for Data Analytics and Data Interpretation
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Cerner Millennium Fundamentals/Solution Knowledge
  • Good to know

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work following corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
