Description
Maintain, monitor, and manage client systems, and serve as key technical contact for the client.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and improve system performance.
  • Analyze COPE/ PAF report during any domain maintenance.
  • Consult on technical environment and hardware configuration decisions.
  • Support environment and domain planning and management.
  • Develop and manage overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy.
  • Manage and execute client solutions upgrades, patching and maintenance activities.
  • Support incident & problem management activities.
  • Provide oncall support for the clients. (12*7)
  • Facilitate and drive client issues and risks, engaging with internal teams to drive and resolve incidents.
  • Mentor & assist junior members in the team.

Working Environment:


  • Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance OfferedThis position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote.     Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 1 year system administration, system engineering and/or technical project/program management work experience
  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Ability to work the core business hours of aligned clients
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Willing to work on call shifts as needed
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
