Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage customer complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to problems, escalating issues to a team lead when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure service level requirements are met.
  • Respond to customer requests quickly, professionally and with empathy.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and customer satisfaction mentality, working proactively to resolve issues.
  • Use customer feedback to identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and assist in creating new procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Telugu is a must, along with English.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Availability to work in flexible hours and on weekends.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering highquality work.
