Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to problems, escalating issues to a team lead when necessary.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure service level requirements are met.
- Respond to customer requests quickly, professionally and with empathy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and customer satisfaction mentality, working proactively to resolve issues.
- Use customer feedback to identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and assist in creating new procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Telugu is a must, along with English.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work in flexible hours and on weekends.
- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering highquality work.
