    Description
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Events & Community Manager to join our growing team.

    • The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging events and building strong relationships within our community.
    • This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of community engagement strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Event Planning and Execution:

    • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings.
    • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
    • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

    Community Engagement:

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our community.
    • Engage with community members through various channels, including social media, forums, and direct communication.
    • Organize and host community events to foster networking and collaboration among members.

    Content Creation:

    • Create compelling content for event promotions, community engagement, and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and promotional campaigns.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze event and community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on events and community Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in event planning and community management.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for building and nurturing communities.
