Booking and Documentation: Arrange shipments, prepare and manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Tracking and Communication: Monitor shipments, provide updates to clients and carriers, and resolve any issues promptly.

Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and carriers, address disputes, and find resolutions.

Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure shipments comply with regulations and industry standards, including safety and documentation requirements.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competition to identify business opportunities.
