Responsibilities:


  • Lead sales efforts by targeting nearby construction projects to promote smart home devices like lighting, thermostats, and security systems.**
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales tactics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc.) or Diploma in Electronics/Automation.**
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home automation industry.

- Proven track record of managing a sales territory and meeting targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Possession of a valid driver's license.

Compensation:


Salary:
INR 3.0 LPA to INR 4.2 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)
