Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales person to lead our field operations from Surat and its surrounding areas.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the
sales and promotion of our products along the Surat - Mumbai highway, and surrounding areas.


This role involves extensive travel to conduct live demonstrations, drive sales, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the Sales operation, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effectively conduct live demonstrations and drive sales of our products along specific highways and surrounding areas and nearby regions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets, including retail outlets, gas stations, rest stops, hotels, restaurants, and other relevant establishments within the designated territory.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback to the management to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to support sales efforts and increase brand visibility and awareness in the market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary to drive business growth and profitability in the areas.
  • Conduct market research and gather intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvements, enhancements, and new product development, providing feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies specific to the market.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of sales performance in the region.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)

Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in field sales process, client handling, new client hunting, Reporting, Business Planning, Sales Process Planning, sales management, preferably in the hygiene or sanitation industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels in the Pune market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
