    Description

    We are seeking an innovative, driven and analytical candidate to oversee relationships with content providers, develop marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

    In addition to strong understanding of consumer marketing, the ideal candidate should be a critical thinker, with an eye for detail, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, and isn't afraid to role his/her sleeves up as needed.

    S/he must have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate thoughts and ideas, both written and verbally, and think beyond his/her direct sphere of responsibility.

    Key job responsibilities

    Key activities include:

    • Manage the launch and on-going delivery of a channel by partnering with teams across engineering, content operations, ingestion, product, merchandising, design and customer service.
    • Responsible for planning content calendars across Partners and creating marketing & merchandising plans to continuously drive subscriber acquisition, Manage the customer life cycle and increase retention.
    • Establish goals, plans, related metrics & SLAs, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
    • Create reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.
    • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract meaningful insights, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, report and inform decision-making processes.
    • Cultivate strong relationships, manage reporting and business reviews with key partners to foster collaboration on marketing plans and initiatives.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    Basic qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • 8-10 years of professional experience in the operations, digital operations and marketing communication space
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills
    • Experience working with external partners and stakeholders to meet deliverable requirements
    • Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive short, medium and long-term goals
    • Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
    • Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
    • Demonstrated ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as have an understanding of the systems and processes that will be utilized in achieving program objectives
    • Advanced knowledge with all MS Office tools including Excel

    Preferred qualifications


    • Master's degree or MBA
    • Experience and understanding of the entertainment industry, digital media, and/or digital video supply chain
