Our consultancy services cover a wide range of areas, including Legal Services, Human Resources, Finance and Tax, IT, Process and Transformation, and Marketing.

    Job Purpose

    ' 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements, document workflows, and map out process.

    2. Analyze data, Identify & Design process solutions and workflows to optimize business operations and achieve strategic objectives..

    3. Collaborate with stakeholders during the process change

    4. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams.

    5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Experience

    '1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    Intermediate to advanced skills in MS 365.

    Proficiency in process mapping tools, eg. MS Visio or similar.

    Understanding MS Power BI is a plus.

    Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

    Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively.

    Strong analytical abilities & Problem Solving skill.

    Highly driven, self-motivated, and data-curious with the ability to work as part of a team.

    Knowledge of lean six sigma or green belt.
