    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting Representative I to join our EMEA Contracts team. This role is located in Pune and is HYBRID

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    • Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
    • Applies problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
    • Leverages knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
    • Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience and develop process improvements.
    • Assists with the implementation of policies, procedures and controls that main the accuracy of the data being reported.

    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

    • 5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
    • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
    • Strong desire for excellence with a conscientious approach.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a pressurized environment
