    Description

    You'll be our:
    - Senior Talent Partner

    You'll be based at:
    - IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

    You'll be aligned with:
    - Head – Talent Partnering

    You'll be a member of:
    - People Operations & Strategy

    What you'll do at Ather:

    • Work as a consultant with managers and leaders on people-related matters
    • Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    • Diagnose underlying issues, anticipate the need for change, and advocate for change
    • Resolve employee-relations issues and address team members' grievances
    • Ensure policies adherence and educate on policy usage
    • Drive a performance-driven culture and enhance performance continuously
    • Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, role engagement & succession planning
    • Enhance tools and policies based on market trends and internal best practices
    • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs
    • Manage life-cycle activities including manpower planning, onboarding, engagement & retention, and exits

    Here's what we are looking for:
    - Strong systems thinking and ability to apply learning

    - Ownership of tasks and focus on execution

    - Consultative approach to problem-solving

    - Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills

    - Strong analytical and communication skills

    - Proficiency in MS Office / G-Suite

    You bring to Ather:
    - Master's in HR from Tier 1/2 institutes preferred

    - 6-10 years of HR business partner experience
