    • To meetset goals and develop new market & business through direct& dealers.
    • Making and executingbusiness plans and strategies & BusinessDevelopment
    • Achieving the numbers/developingluminaries / keeping up the relationship with customers &prospects for MRI/DR and other Radiological products dealt by thecompany.
    • Keeping up to date about the market& products dealt by 3i. Quarter by quarter performance ofthe targets set
    • Meeting Key customers fordeveloping MRI & DR business in theregion
    • Meeting Key Luminaries in the region topromote our Brand and products. Minimum 3 Luminaries in everystate
    • Making Direct sales Calls and identifyingprospects and making daily salesreport
    • Arranging for Demo if any required forthe customers
    • Following up of prospects andclosing orders and Paymentcollections
    • Following up of installations andco ordinating between internal teams and support for timelyexecution of the projects
    • Meeting Targets asper set goals by the Management
    • Marketinformation like Competitor strategies maintaining order lossstatements
    • Maintaining Prospects for achieving1:5 conversion ratio / Mentoring team &dealers
    JobSpecification:
    • GraduateEngineer / Graduate with Radiology Medical equipment sellingexperience of above 612 years (preferably CT &MRI)
    • Hi end Radiology equipment sellingpreferably CT & MRI with above 5 years ofexperience
    • Graduate Engineer/Graduate withRadiology equipment (preferably CT & MRI) sellingexperience
    • Strong communication knowledge /Sales Objection Handling skills
    • Customerrelationship & good team player with best managerialskill
    • Product Knowledge or equivalent sellingexperience / Area Knowledge
    • Should be willingto travelextensively
