We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join the legal team. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance, advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of regulatory matters, including securities laws, corporate governance, market conduct, insider trading, and other relevant regulations.
Analyze legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to formulate wellreasoned legal opinions and interpretations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including regulations, guidelines, orders, notices, and other official communications.
Participate in the development of policies, rules, and regulations to foster transparent, fair, and efficient securities markets.
Collaborate with enforcement teams to analyze evidence and provide legal perspectives for enforcement actions against violators of securities laws.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide recommendations for compliance.
Assist in handling litigation matters, including drafting responses, affidavits, and pleadings for various legal proceedings.
Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and industry stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A master's degree (LLM) will be a plus.
Minimum of 36 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in securities law, financial regulation, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Indian securities laws, regulations, and financial markets.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
