Establishingan energetic and professional attitude towards Customers and theirSuppliers
Ability to work individually &directly with Customers/Suppliers.
Ability toprovide Demo/instructions to new Customers/Suppliers throughCall/Email.
Develop product knowledge by workingwith the Product Management Team and ensure Customer queries areresponded promptly and accurately.
Work closelywith the Product Management team to resolve Customer Issues andprioritize issues that require changes to theproduct.
Document the Customer Service Processand work on improving the overall efficiency of the customerservice process.
Contribute in updating the UserManual Video Tutorials and FAQs on frequentbasis.
Publish weekly status reports capturingprogress actions items etc.
Ensure 100% SLAcompliance
What are we lookingfor
Experience in handlingcustomer queries through Email/Call/Chat and resolving the issues.
Willingness to work in 24/5 Rotationalshift.
Working knowledge and intricacies of SaaSdomain is a plus.
Moderate knowledge about thefashion industry preferred but not a must.
Needto have excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
Should be a selfstarter learner and aTeam player.
