Job Summary:


We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in Pune. This role plays a crucial part in promoting and selling our products to potential clients across the Pune region. We're looking for someone with a proven sales record, excellent communication skills, and persuasive abilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead product promotion and sales efforts throughout the Pune region

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales objectives

Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings

Utilize effective negotiation techniques to successfully close sales and surpass targets.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction products or materials industry

Solid understanding of construction products and materials
:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Track record of exceeding sales targets

Valid two-wheeler license
:

Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding areas.

Salary: 20,000-23,000

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Quarterly bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:


  • Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
