Essential Duties and responsibilities:Support Account Directors in all admin aspects of sales and marketing Develop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques Manage small client projects Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes Liaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projects Undertake administrative tasks Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date Database management via the CRM system Provide assistance to interstate sales teams on an ad-hoc basis Participates in training on new tasks related to preparation of a leadership role
Qualification and Experience:
College graduate/ Post Graduate – Any stream 1-2 years of work experience in MR/Pre- Sales/BD Detail oriented with excellent communication skills Strong computer proficiency Possesses strong understanding of market research Strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting and negotiation skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Shift Timings – 8 AM to 5 PM IST
