    Description

    General Manager - Executive Description

    As the General Manager, you'll be in charge of leading a team of Executive Assistants and their Delivery Manager. Your team will offer top-notch administrative support virtually to Senior Executives across different locations. You'll be managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling confidential data with care, and providing support with tasks like expense management, claims, and travel logistics.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Supervise a team of Executive Assistants with diverse backgrounds in supporting senior executives
    • Develop strategies to ensure efficient support for senior executives
    • Evaluate and enhance the team's performance and delivery processes
    • Optimize delivery management processes for timely service to senior executives
    • Serve as a bridge between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders for clear communication
    • Manage special projects assigned by the executive team
    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • Must have a minimum of 15 years of work experience, including 2 years as an Executive Assistant/Secretary
    • Strong experience in people management, particularly in a BPO environment with clients from different regions
    • Excellent client-facing skills for effective client management
    • Ability to foster a collaborative team culture with trust among members
    • Proficient in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions
    • Effective resource allocation for enhanced productivity
    • Skilled in monitoring team performance and implementing improvement strategies
    • Capability to mitigate operational risks and ensure continuity
    • Knowledge of regulations and policies to maintain team compliance
