    JobPurpose

    Identify newopportunities/segments to drive theDistrictProgram SNACNAin close coordination with Channel and other SourcingChannels/Teams. Ensure wallet gain through enabler programs likeHNW program encash opportunities emanating from District levelauthorities of existing and new customers. Government funds areinfluenced by Key Decision Makers (KDM) located at district blockand below level for which dedicated program to bedriven.

    JOBRESPONSIBILITY

    Achievementof Business Objectives: Numbers NAV and FD forDistrict ProgramSNACNA.

    • Toprovide business inputs to the Channel & senior management onthe DistrictProgram SNA CNAPortfolio: NAV CIB Numbers Inc ValATS
    • Developinga product proposition and solution forDistrict ProgramSNACNA.
    • Opportunitysizing at state level and tracking the same forDistrict ProgramSNACNA.
    • Focuseddrive (National/ Regional/ State Specific) to acquire granularbusiness and work in close coordination with RBB to enhancebusinessfootprints.
    • Toprovide direction to all channels by releasing regular updates onthe DistrictProgram SNACNA
    • Extensivecalling with district level channel level along with regularreviews of the Team to be scheduled for bettertraction.
    • Highlightingcontribution of all channels trends in sourcing segment wisesourcing patterns segregation between forDistrict ProgramSNACAN.
    • Identifysegments from existing data that have high ATS and share thesuccess of channels / zones that have sourced thesesegments
    • Identifytop & bottom performing sourcing channels / cluster or zoneswith lowATS
    • Sharethe data with the Channel and sourcing teams discuss actionable onthe same & execute the actionable in a structuredmanner
    • Identifyperforming sourcing channels/teams & share as well as replicatetheir success stories across other sourcingchannels/teams
    • Runningdrive at product and channellevel
    • Trackingsuccess stories and replication of the same acrossstates.
    • Liaisingwith the Solution Team for Solution implementation
    • Liaisingwith Central Team wherever Mandates / LOR required
    • Closecoordination with the Channel Process Team Marketing Team
    • GlobalMailer Did You Know and Teaser campaigns for Channel and sourcingchannels

    Exploringnew markets andsegments

    • Workin tandem with the channel to identify new segments andopportunities
    • Createa plan along with channel and ensure execution for acquisition ofbusiness in identifiedmarkets/segments
    • CustomizedGovernmentInstitution and DistrictProgram SNA CNA productofferings to suit the requirements of identifiedmarkets/segments
    • Provideinternal targets for achieving business in the new market/segmentidentified for having focused businessapproach
    • Takeassistance of seniors in Product or SourcingChannel
    • Provideinputs GIB Solution team for developing new solutions for theSegment
    • Work in tandem withother product teams to have a bundled offering for complete productproposition

    CustomizingOffers

    • Helpchannels customize deals/ accounts by reviewing profitability ofeach deal and guide the sourcing channelsaccordingly.
    • Makingcustomized offers & presentation forDistrict Program SNACNA.
    • Liaisingwith marketing to get translations for offer letter in regionallanguages as whenrequired.
    • Makingcollaterals and decks forDistrict Program SNACNA.
    • Provideinputs for TrainingContent
    • Spreadingawareness of the product & its value proposition among channelsby conducting training of allchannels
    • Easedocumentation process by updating FAQs and updating channels &RDVUs on the requireddocumentation
    • Ensure compliance ofRBI / MHA / NSCI guidelines for respectiveproducts

    Customerand Field/ClientVisits

    • Visitsto prospective customers with ZH and CH
    • Supportchannel to Ensure primary banking relationship for eachcustomer
    • Identifycross sell opportunities during customervisits
    • Periodicalvisits to field/locations and meeting ZH/CH and sourcing channelsfor collaboration forDistrict Program SNACNA.
    • Preparecustomer level and location/cluster level plans for seamlessbusinessacquisition
    • Implement successesgained in one part of the country and replicate it identified setofclusters/locations

    Businessupdates to senior management andteam

    • Providemonthly updates on business to seniors in relevant sourcingchannel/teams andProduct
    • Ensureclarity and accuracy of data andMIS
    • Work with fincon onstreamlining data and MIS on regularbasis

    Managementof Portal andDashboard

    • Managementof the Government Portal (Sub Folder) forDistrict Program SNACNA.
    • Regularupdate on the content in theDistrict Program SNACNA section under Governmentportal.
    • AllPPT offer letters and Mandates needs to beupdated.
    • Adashboard for visibility of the Numbers and Value across states andchannel.
    • Revision of Brochures/ Services & Fees Leaflets / Other Communication Material forcustomercommunication

    Competitionand MarketAnalysis

    • Understandand evaluating the Market Size/Opportunity and Competition BusinessStrategies
    • Reviewcompetition offering on a regularbasis
    • Update the channelson the overall market opportunity and competition offerings

    Candidate Profile:

    • Minimumexperience of 6 years
    • Postgraduate/ MMS /MBA
    • Exposure to ProductSales Audit Process and Compliance inBanking
