Responsibilities:

Design and develop curriculum for data science training programs, including course outlines, lesson plans, and learning materials.
Deliver instructorled training sessions both inperson and online, covering topics such as statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and programming.
Provide handson guidance and support to participants as they work on projects and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
Evaluate student progress and performance through assessments, assignments, and exams.
Adapt training materials and methodologies to meet the needs of diverse audiences with varying levels of experience and expertise.
Stay current with advancements in data science tools, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
Mentor and coach junior trainers or teaching assistants to enhance their instructional skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience working as a data scientist or in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience developing and delivering training programs or educational content, preferably in data science or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring others, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
