    Description

    Our client pioneers the world's first Social and Hyperlocal App centered around the Tamil language. Their mission is to unite and empower the global community.

    We're on the lookout for a qualified individual to fill the position of Assistant Vice President (AVP) or Vice President (VP) of Marketing. The chosen candidate will oversee all aspects of maintaining our brand identity and establishing a strong presence for our app in a relatively short timeframe.

    This role entails close collaboration with various teams across the organization, including Product, Content, and Sales, as well as engagement with external stakeholders. The incumbent will hold a central leadership role in driving our brand management efforts, which include:

    • Crafting effective marketing communications
    • Implementing strategies to boost app downloads
    • Enhancing user engagement
    • Sustaining satisfactory Daily Active Users (DAUs) and Monthly Active Users (MAUs)
    • Executing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) advertising and marketing campaigns
    • Managing loyalty programs
    • Enhancing our employer brand
    • Developing proprietary events to bolster our brand image
    • Organizing events for clients and third-party brands
