    Description

    Job Description

    • Campaign Development & Execution: With support from the Senior ABM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of client-focused campaigns to drive growth within the accounts and the ABM team.
    • Campaign Measurement & Reporting: Responsible for monitoring campaign performance, adapting strategies based on client responses, and aligning with the Senior ABM Manager's direction.
    • Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders.
    • Experience in creating impactful ABM campaigns beyond digital marketing tactics.
    • Experience in campaign management and execution.
    • Client-centric focus.
    • Understanding of ABM as a marketing methodology.
    • Knowledge of marketing technology.
    • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
    • Understanding of data and insights.

    Primary Skills

    • Stakeholder Management: Engage with account leadership teams, balance demands, and provide strategic marketing advice.
    • Account Based Marketing Strategy Development: Work with Senior ABM Managers and ABM agencies to build a client-centric approach by aligning client needs with Capgemini's offerings and focusing on strategic deals.
    • Secondary Skills

      • Proactive attitude to seek solutions, propose new ideas, and support the ABM Team.
      • Bonus if bilingual, specifically fluent in French.
