- Manage key accounts and nurture relationships for online sales.
- Collaborate with different internal teams (finance, supply chain, marketing, etc.).
- Develop sales and inventory strategies.
- Track sales, implement corrective measures, and restock existing categories.
- Organize the platform's involvement in Xiaomi's sales events and vice versa.
- Secure optimal product visibility on partner platforms through negotiations.
- Generate regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales.
- MBA qualification is a plus.
- Proficient in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Familiarity with Xiaomi's product portfolio is advantageous.
