- Primary client contact for assigned accounts to ensure overall account success and delivery of high-quality projects
- Drive organic business growth in assigned and new accounts providing medical communications, multichannel technologies, and solutions including:
- Lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring timely project delivery
- Lead presales activities for assigned accounts, developing proposals, conducting business pitches, and other closing activities as required
- Collaborate closely with business leadership, marketing, operations, program management, products & technology, and finance to keep all teams informed of account/project changes
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing account needs:
- 3-6 years of experience in Project and Team Management, Business Development, or Sales
- Skilled in client-facing roles and communication
