Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone counseling sessions to students to address personal, academic, and social concerns.
  • Conduct group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops to enhance student development and success.
  • Assess students' needs and create individualized action plans to support their goals and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive environment for students.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in student counseling and mental health support.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and other school or organizationrelated events.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students, promoting a positive and inclusive campus culture.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least one year of experience in student counseling or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with students.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Knowledge of counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to student counseling and privacy rights.
  • Certification or licensure in counseling or related field is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
