    Job Summary
    As a Performance Marketing Specialist at The Alpha Agency, you'll be a crucial part of our dynamic team.

    With 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving performance across various marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and growth marketing.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    SEO Mastery:
    Enhance our clients' online visibility through strategic SEO techniques and keyword optimization.

    Social Media Expertise :
    Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns to engage our audience.

    Performance Analysis :
    Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insightful reports.
    Google and Facebook Ads Mastery : Execute high-impact campaigns on Google and Facebook, leveraging your expertise to maximize ROI.

    E-commerce : Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.


    Strategic Growth Marketing :
    Develop and implement growth-oriented marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

    Data-Driven Decision Making :
    Utilize analytics tools for in-depth campaign analysis, providing actionable insights for optimization.

    Campaign Setup and Monitoring :
    Demonstrate proficiency in setting up targeted campaigns and continuously monitoring their performance.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    E-commerce experience of different marketplaces Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
    Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Lead Generation skills.
    2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
    Proven expertise in SEO, Google & Facebook ads, setting up and monitoring campaigns.
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
