    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Travel Operations

    In this role, you will be responsible to Manage Global TMC relationship including service delivery, complaints / issue resolution, SLA commitments and Continuous Improvement activities.


    Responsibilities


    • Tier 2 customer service issue resolution escalation – All regions.
    • Build strong cross functional departmental relationships; including Controllership; Treasury, HR etc
    • Lead travel vendor QBR's.
    • Frontline management of one to two travel resources.
    • Along with Global Category Leader, Controllership, and key travel vendors (CWT) develop travel reporting package using multiple data sources allowing for more proactive program management.
    • Work with Global Category Leader, Controllership, and key travel vendors.
    • Ensure all required training courses are completed within the required timelines.
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum qualifications.


    • Significant travel industry or general operations experience for a Fortune 500 type company in a cross functional environment
    • Proven ability to spot trends and creating insights which serve as a catalyst for driving continuous category improvement activities.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of leading vendor negotiations delivering strong results.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written or oral communication skills, sufficient to communicate directly with senior leadership project stakeholders' team and travel vendors driving sustained corporate value
    • Strong knowledge of MS office, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint to conduct complex analysis and evaluation, prepare and maintain RFP and other sourcing documents. Ariba experience also helpful
    • Be self-sufficient and able to work with minimal guidance.
    • Adhere to a code of ethical conduct with integrity, and self-control.
    • Ability to create Travel reports from CWT's reporting tool.
