- Develop social media strategy
- Visibility of the brand, its services and products on social networks are ensured, and aligned with the company strategic lines.
- Develop content for the Social Media Campaign like infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts etc.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for Social Media Campaigns.
- Update social media content across all channels including but not limiting to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, on a daily basis.
- Engage with customers and followers.
- Monitor campaigns and analyses of data obtained.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Establish relationships and collabs with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
- Keep an eye on social media trends and make content which is savvy.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 4-6 years of prior experience as a social media manager or a SEO and digital marketer role
- Graduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic career
- Masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Experience in crafting engaging content infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Candidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
