    Description

    Look for experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions using Amazon Connect.

    This includes creating interactive voice response (IVR) systems, designing call flows, managing prompts and messages, implementing self-service options, and integrating with backend systems for data retrieval and processing.

    The developer should have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect, including its features, components, and capabilities. They should be able to navigate the Amazon Connect console, configure contact flows, manage contact center settings, and integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services.

    Requirements :

    • 6 to 8 Years of working experience in software and web development.
    • 5 to 6 years of experience in Java, Spring, and Springboot applications.
    • Strong Knowledge, and experience with AWS (Connect, Lex).
    • Experience working with CI/CD Pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc. ).
    • Knowledge of Jenkins, Artifactory, and Gradle.
    • Knowledge, understanding, and know-how to analyze functional documents to produce technical documents.
    • Knowledge of system bugs, issue identification, and resolution.
    • Knowledge of AWS services (Amazon connect, IAM, S3 Lambda, CloudWatch).
    • Knowledge of project management frameworks like Agile and Scrum.
