    Amazon Connect IVR Developer

    Experience : 8-10 years


    Location :
    Bangalore, India (Work From Office)

    Timeshift : 1 : 00 PM to 9 : 30 PM


    Role Overview :
    We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect IVR Developer to join our team in Bangalore.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions using Amazon Connect, along with strong proficiency in Java programming and AWS services.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design and implement interactive voice response (IVR) systems using Amazon Connect.
    • Develop and maintain call flows, manage prompts and messages, and implement selfservice options within the IVR system.
    • Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems for data retrieval and processing.
    • Utilize a deep understanding of Amazon Connect features, components, and capabilities to optimize system performance and functionality.
    • Configure contact flows, manage contact center settings, and integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services as needed.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, analyze functional documents, and produce technical documentation.
    • Identify and resolve system bugs and issues in a timely manner.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, and Bitbucket for efficient software development and deployment.
    • Adhere to project management frameworks such as Agile and SCRUM for effective project execution and delivery.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • 6 to 8 years of working experience in software and web development.
    • 5 to 6 years of experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot applications.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
    • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.
    • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Gradle.
    • Ability to analyze functional documents and produce technical documentation accordingly.
    • Experience in identifying and resolving system bugs and issues.
    • Indepth knowledge of AWS services including Amazon Connect, IAM, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
    • Familiarity with project management frameworks like Agile and SCRUM.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience working with Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
