    Description
    Role and responsibilities

    • Understand current processes and gaps across the organization spread across Finance, RMG, HR, Talent Acquisition, Business teams etc.
    • Build an interconnected system map in line with business processes
    • Work with Chief Delivery Officer on an ongoing basis to explore challenges as well as ideas on system implementations
    • Create and own a long term ecosystem to mature in all organizational processes (intra or inter department)
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and plan system features, milestones, timelines etc and execute those plans
    • Act as Product Owner for Internal Systems
    Technical skills requirements

    The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

    • Knowledge of organization corporate/ support/ internal processes
    • Working with large teams and stakeholders to understand feedback
    • Deep understanding of platforms of choice in the industry for various use cases
    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of work experience working on large scale tech implementations
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engg. from a reputed university with relevant experience OR an MBA in relevant field
