    Job Description :

    Compass Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Back End Software Developer to join our team in Washington State, USA. As a Back End Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web-based applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic for web applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, or
    • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
    • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA team.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in back-end development.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Back End Developer or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or
    • Experience with server-side frameworks such as Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or
    • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
    • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
    • Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
    • Knowledge of message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
