    Job Description :


    Compass Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer specializing in Android development to join our team in Washington State, USA.

    As a Mobile App Developer (Android), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications that meet our clients' needs and specifications.

    You will work closely with our design, back-end, and QA teams to deliver polished and user-friendly mobile :


    • Design and develop native Android applications for smartphones and tablets using Kotlin and/or Java.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
    • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in Android development.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Work closely with designers to implement pixelperfect UI/UX designs.
    Requirements :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer (Android) or similar role.
    • Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java programming languages.
    • Strong understanding of Android UI/UX guidelines and best practices.
    • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    Preferred Qualifications :


    • Experience with thirdparty libraries and APIs.
    • Familiarity with mobile app deployment process and Google Play Store guidelines.
    • Knowledge of crossplatform development tools such as React Native or Flutter.
    • Experience with automated testing and continuous integration tools.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
