    JobDescriptionAs anHR Executive at Nimesa you will play a key role in ensuring thesmooth administration and operation of our human resourcesfunctions. You will work closely with the HR Manager and othermanagers to support our employees and promote a positive workenvironment. This position offers an exciting opportunity tocontribute to the growth and success of a dynamic startupcompany.
    Responsibilities
    • Assistin HR administration and operationsprocesses.
    • Assist in recruitment processesincluding sourcing candidates scheduling interviews andfacilitating the hiring process.
    • Coordinateemployee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hiresare integrated effectively into thecompany.
    • Manage employee records and ensurecompliance with all relevant regulations andpolicies.
    • Assist in organizing employeeengagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusivework culture.
    • Perform other HRrelated dutiesand projects asassigned.

    Requirements
    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in an HR rolepreferably in a startup or fastpacedenvironment.
    • Strong understanding of HRprinciples practices and regulations.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with employees at alllevels.
    • Detailoriented with strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Google Drive MSOffice and HRIS software.
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
    • Proactive and selfmotivated with apositive attitude and a willingness tolearn.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic andfastpaced environment.
    • Technical backgroundwith an HR certification is aplus.
