    Role Purpose

    • Infosys Finacle marketing team has a mix of people from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. Together, we've created a strong ecosystem that generates great subject matter content, lots of interesting research, industry-leading points of view and award-winning campaigns. Our commitment to brand-building is reinforced more and more each year. As we grow our marketing agenda, we're looking for a brand management and internal engagement specialist on our team to strengthen our brand management practices, drive internal engagement and build a robust employer branding program. This role is a mix of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration and everyday operational tasks. As a successful candidate, you would be a part of the branding and internal engagement team and you would help us achieve the following goals:
    • Managing a well-organised branding practice that enables us to streamline our internal and external communications.
    • Running a strong internal engagement program with a mix of proven initiatives, existing platforms and new ideas that you would bring to the table, to drive information sharing and engagement within the organization. This will be in collaboration with the People team at Finacle
    • Building a strong employer value proposition and employer brand across multiple stakeholder segments.
    • Enhance the brand's physical, digital and experiential storytelling across internal and external touch points by writing, adapting, packaging and deploying inspiring content for a diverse set of audiences.

    Responsibilities

    Brand management activities

    • Finacle runs a large scale, multi-faceted B2B branding and communications program that requires creation of assets and campaigns across multiple platforms. As a member of the brand management team, you will help with the creation of high impact visual and communication assets/ campaigns that tell our story impactfully in the market.
    • Your role will entail managing requests from multiple teams within marketing to enhance their narrative, create visual impact and build memorable branded assets and communication campaigns.
    • You will co-manage a team of designers and work closely with copywriters and other specialists in creating these assets. The contributions expected from you will be in the space of project management, creative inspiration, team and resource management and adherence to timelines.
    • In this aspect of your role, you will help us deliver audio, video, static and other forms of digital/ physical content created in close collaboration with the branding team and external partners.
    • You will learn and adapt to Finacle's writing style and tone-of-voice so that our communication, internal or external, is on-brand.

    Internal communication and engagement initiatives

    • Finacle Marketing and HR teams run several internal engagement and culture-building initiatives such as the All-Hands-Meet, Coffee Conversations with Leadership, R&R programs, DEI campaigns etc., that are aimed at building transparent information sharing, addressing employee queries, celebrating individual and collective success, and driving greater engagement with the leadership. As an internal engagement owner, you will be the lynchpin that will hold these programs together and drive their successful execution, in collaboration with other teams.
    • As a successful candidate, you would also work with various teams to facilitate communication on internal platforms like emailers, social media and others. You would run these platforms either hands-on, or in collaboration with others, on an everyday basis. This will include writing/ adapting content, managing packaging and deployment of communications.
    • You will be required to gain a good understanding of the banking business, our technology offerings and the nature of content we create, so that you can contribute in relevant and effective ways to extend our marketing efforts to internal audiences.

    Knowledge, Skills and Traits Required

    • Strong background in project management, communications and internal engagement
    • Foundational understanding of B2B software marketing.
    • Proven ability to write and create content across media.
    • Experience in collaborating across multiple teams to manage large-scale programs.
    • Strong track record in managing regular operations on-time and with accuracy.
    • Humility to approach all types of tasks with necessary rigour and enthusiasm.
