    Description

    As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for a dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic team supporting the company's HR and Accounting activities.

    What will you do?

    Human Resources Activities:

    • Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, verifying employment, contracts, and compensation in compliance with company policies.
    • Conduct and coordinate employee orientation programs such as introducing personnel, training, benefits, payroll.
    • Review, process and verify paperwork for new hires.
    • Interpret, assist and inform employees and managers regarding leave management, benefit administration, performance appraisal process and HR procedures and policies
    • Plan and execute various employee welfare and engagement activities
    • Handle Employee Grievances

    Accounting Activities:

    • Process regular and supplemental monthly payroll for all employee groups
    • Record financial transactions, maintain accounting records and prepare reconciliations.
    • Perform or review specialized calculations related to posting and accounting functions.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements by compiling information from financial records.

    Who are you?

    • College degree in human resources management, business management, accounting, finance or related field
    • 3 years of experience in HR and Accounting role
    • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of HR and Accounting procedures and practices
    • Proven efficiency in current office computer software and equipment
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Ability to work from office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
