    Description

    Position: Project Management Associate

    Location: Hyderabad

    Work Hours: Night Shift (10PM-7AM)

    Welcome to an exciting opportunity at Randstad Enterprise in Hyderabad! We're on the lookout for a proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you'll take charge of overseeing and coordinating projects across different departments and regions, ensuring they're delivered on time and achieve success.

    Collaborating closely with stakeholders, such as team members, clients, and vendors, you'll define project goals, scope, and outcomes. Efficient resource allocation, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and issue resolution are all part of the job. Your strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills will be vital in managing diverse teams and completing projects within set budgets and timelines.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee projects from start to finish, keeping them within scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Work with stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
    • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources efficiently to meet goals.
    • Effectively coordinate with teams to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues.
    • Monitor project metrics and take corrective actions to ensure project success.
    • Identify and tackle project risks through risk management strategies and contingency plans.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, updating stakeholders on progress, milestones, and dependencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of 2+ years in project management or similar roles in complex BPO operations.
    • Thorough understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with remote teams.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • PMP or equivalent certifications will be a bonus.
