    Description
    JOB PURPOSE

    Responsible for managing marketing activities and work closely with Social Media agency in conceptualizing and executing Promotion of ALD HYD initiatives through Social Media platforms and other multiple channels thereby resulting in growth in ALD business.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Marketing Activities

    • Liaise with Social Media Agency and internal stakeholders to run highly effective SM campaigns for AeroCity, combined and for each asset class on its own – Business Park, Retail Park, Logistics Park, Industrial Park, EduPort, Hospitality, HealthPort etc through multiple channels:

    Social Media posts - LinkedIn, FB

    EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    Social Media Agency, Marketing Agencies, Media, Channel Partners, Existing & Prospective Customers, IPCs, Trade Bodies, Event Organizers

    INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    CEO ALD, HODs, Corporate Communications, Legal, Projects, Operations, HR, Procurements and Contracts, Design, Commercial Services

    GMR Entities - GMRVF, Sports, RAXA, MRO, Novotel etc.

    FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

    Annual Marketing spend - 1 Cr

    OTHER DIMENSIONS

    No. of Leasing inquiries received through Social Media, Website and other mediums

    Extent of Land Leased/BTS

    Coordination with all the internal departments for facilitation of work.

    Key Stakeholder Management.

    Feedback received from tenants and responded

    Online Reputation Management

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
    • MBA in Marketing.
    • Extremely good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (Both spoken and written)
    • Needs to be extremely good team player
    • Good networking skill with all key stakeholders
    • Excellent Relationship Development and Management Skills
    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Marketing, both Social and Traditional, having handled Key Accounts
