    Description

    IoT Central_System Lead (Hybris, Manufacturing data,Oracle Cloud, eCOMMERCE)_L3

    Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for Point-to-Point integration directly through vendor's API( like Hybris, Manufacturing data, Oracle Cloud, E-COMMERCE Application) or script using Tools like MuleSoft.
    2. Provide technical support to clients utilizing Azure IoT Central, IoT services, including IoT Hub, IoT Edge, Azure Functions, and related technologies.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
    4. Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of Azure IoT environments.
    5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices to support internal teams and external customers.
    6. Participate in the design, deployment, and configuration of Azure IoT solutions, adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
    7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Azure IoT technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
    8. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates on support tickets, and deliver technical guidance as needed.

    Qualifications:

    1. 12+ years of experience in software web applications architecture, design and development using technologies C#, Json, Open API, SQL, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Kusto (Azure Data Explorer)
    2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    3. Must have deep knowledge and experience with SaaS, PaaS & IaaS architecture on Azure.
    4. Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services, with specific expertise in Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Edge, and Azure Functions, Kusto.
    5. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
    6. Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration.
    7. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD).
    8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Microsoft Azure certifications related such Azure Solutions Architect.
    2. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
    3. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Azure Stream Analytics, Power BI, or Apache Spark.
    4. Knowledge of security best practices for IoT deployments, including device provisioning, identity management, and encryption.
    5. Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role or a similar client-focused position.
