    Description

    Mandate 3 – Employees will work full-time from their base location.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Responsible for MIS, revenue reporting, accounting, and handling end-to-end reporting.
    • Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and state the reasons for variance.
    • Prepare schedule, aging and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.
    • Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.
    • Timely finalization of books of accounts of revenue and payroll reporting.
    • Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data
    • Automate the MIS and Financial reporting process.
    • Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence,internal audit and stat audit assignments.
    • Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.

    Desired Candidates :-

    • CA with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Finance process.
    • Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable Knowledge of Financials and MIS.
    • Knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.
    • Hands on experience in tally accounting system, Handling accounts payroll related activities.
    • Exposure and knowledge of statutory and tax audits.
    • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
