    Description

    Genesis BCW is looking for an Account Executive- Digital for it's Gurugram office. For this requirement we are looking for an individual who will be actively involved in the day-to-day execution of client activities under the supervision and guidance of senior team members. The person is required to support our corporate strategy to help ensure superior client service, a winning culture and profitability.

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Support and Communication:

    • Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.
    • Support senior team members in understanding client goals and expectations.
    • Actively listen to client feedback and ensure it is communicated effectively within the team

    Campaign Execution:

    • Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Support in the creation of campaign assets, including copywriting, ad creatives, and landing pages.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

    Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to support campaign planning.
    • Assist in analyzing campaign data to derive actionable insights and optimize performance.
    • Support in the preparation of client-facing reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
    • Offer support to team members as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Continuous Learning and Development:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Experience:

    1-2 year of work experience with a digital/ social/ advertising agency

    Must be informed and active follower of latest social media industry and content trends

    Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
