    Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    The role will be responsible for complete ownership of all internal communication initiatives to drive

    Strategic Internal & Business Communication

    • Refresh and maintain a clear, effective internal communication strategy.
    • Coordinate, and Execute the IC calendar
    • Foster understanding, a sense of connection, and alignment among employees with the organization's purpose, strategy, core values, and Happy-Passionate-Connected culture.
    • Augment the presence and accessibility of organizational leaders to foster trust, transparency, and alignment among employees.
    • Equip people managers with effective communication tools and strategies to engage and support their teams.
    • Communicate the value the company offers to employees towards driving a #HappyPassionateConnected culture
    • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the corporate communication team.
    • Expand reach and engagement through strategic use of new communication channels.
    • Ensure effective communication reaches and resonates with a diverse and evolving workforce.
    • Leverage AI for communication insights and new initiatives
    • Build a strong internal employer brand
    • Advocate for the value of internal communication

    Other Activities:

    • Draft, curate, generate, and manage content for different internal communication initiatives, media stories, and campaigns for employees
    • Research and prepare management presentations / speeches
    • Own and drive usage of Yammer (Viva Employees on LinkedIn
    • Initiate, develop, and manage internal newsletter/s
    • Ensure Townhalls, Engagement Campaigns, and other IC initiatives
    • Draft press releases / articles for IndiaFirst Life initiatives
    • Own the content, coordination, and submissions for industry awards

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Excellent drafting, writing and presentation skills.
    • Ability to grasp the business and accordingly provide inputs.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver as required
    • Quick TATs given fast movement of media and supporting requirement.
    • Ability to manage digital platforms / leverage technology

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    07 to 09 years of relevant experience in comparable industries

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Post-Graduation from a reputed institute is a must, in either Marketing / Mass Media / Journalism / Internal Communications

    COMPETENCIES

    Strong communication skills – Writing and Presentation

    Behavioural competencies

    Good networking skills

    Ability to think and execute fast.

    Passionate and Self Motivated

    Functional competencies

    Market knowledge

    Knowledge of Insurance Industry / BFSI
