    Description

    Overview:

    The ITProject Manager plays a crucial role within the organizationresponsible for planning executing and finalizing projectsaccording to strict deadlines and within budget. This positioninvolves overseeing all aspects of project management settingdeadlines drafting budgets and working closely with variousdepartments to ensure a successful projectdelivery.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead the planningand implementation of IT projects
    • Defineproject scope goals and deliverables
    • Developfullscale project plans and associated communicationdocuments
    • Effectively communicate projectexpectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clearfashion
    • Liaise with project stakeholders on anongoing basis
    • Coach mentor motivate andsupervise project team members
    • Lead manage andmotivate project team members on a proactivebasis
    • Estimate the resources and participantsneeded to achieve project goals
    • Draft andsubmit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changeswhere necessary
    • Where required negotiate withother department managers for the acquisition of required personnelfrom within the company
    • Determine and assessthe need for additional staff and make the appropriate recruitmentsif necessary during project cycle
    • Delegatetasks and responsibilities to appropriatepersonnel
    • Identify and resolve issues andconflicts within the project team
    • Identify andmanage project dependencies and criticalpath
    • Plan and schedule project timelines andmilestones using appropriate tools
    • Trackproject milestones anddeliverables

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
    • Proven working experience in projectmanagement in the Cloud Environment. ( AWS/Azure)
    • Solid understanding ofsoftware development life cycle models as well as expert knowledgeof both Agile and traditional project management principles andpractices
    • Demonstrated experience in projectmanagement processes including project planning scheduling trackingissue and risk management change management and qualitymanagement
    • Excellent clientfacing and internalcommunication skills
    • Exceptional organizationaland time management capabilities
    • Strong workingknowledge of Microsoft Office and project management softwaretools
    • PMP or other project managementcertification is a plus
    • Ability to workindependently and handle multipleprojects
    • Proven ability to build develop andlead project teams
    • Experience in strategicplanning risk management and/or changemanagement
    • Strong leadership diplomatic andmotivational skills
    • Proven analyticalevaluative and problemsolvingabilities
    • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills
    • Flexible and adaptablewith the ability to learn quickly and apply new tools andtechniques effectively
