    Company Description

    Rural Modern Glass Studio, located in Chembur, Mumbai, is the city's first hot glass studio. Our goal is to create a new style of Indian Modernism that celebrates the qualities of Indian glass inspired by Indian culture, its colors, textures, stories, and philosophy of rural crafts.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Administrator. The Studio Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day studio operations, scheduling classes and workshops, maintaining inventory, and payments, responding to client queries, and helping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and students.

    Requirement:

    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with the team, and build client relationships
    • Attention to detail and outgoing personality
    • Experience in studio or event management is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and ability to learn new software quickly.
    • Experience in making invoices, PI, WO, challans.
    • Knowledge of glass art or experience in the art industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Studio Arts, or related field

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Managing seamless office supplies to ensure a well-equipped and efficient workspace
    • Mastering effective communication, from emails to coordination.
    • Maintaining calendar and appointments for workshops.
    • Tracking of attendance and expense records
    • Making Proforma Invoices, Work orders, Challan and maintaining records of material.
    • Ensure the booking for travel and stay for an employee.
    • Coordinate with clients and team for seamless workflow.
    • Performing Admin related duties proficiently.
