    Position Brand Manager (Lifestyle BusinessVertical)

    Overview:

    TheBrand Manager for Lifestyle &Wellness is as Salon Spa Gym Nail SpaFoot Spa Wellness Studio Makeup Studio SlimCenterBeauty Center Tattoo Parlour Blowdry Bar Asthethics plays a crucial role in developing and implementingbrand strategies to drive growth and engagement within the wellnessindustry. This role is essential in contributing to theorganizations overall brand success market positioning as we havemultiple franchise outlets in differentcities.
    Vision& Mission :To bringIndia at par with International Fashion and Beauty standards andtransform it into one of the leading luxury destinations in theworld by establishing an extensive network of the internationalbrand in thecountry.
    AIM:To be the most influentialbrands in the Indian lifestyle fashion andbeauty industry and set the benchmark forthe rest of the luxury industry across thecountry.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executecomprehensive brand strategies for wellnessproducts/services.
    • Conduct market analysis andidentify opportunities for brand enhancement and growth within thewellness sector.
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectivecommunication across all channels.
    • Manage brandbudget forecasting and provide timely financialreports.
    • Drive new product launches and overseethe complete product lifecycle.
    • Monitor andanalyze market trends consumer behavior and competitoractivities.
    • Create and implement innovativemarketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customerengagement.
    • Manage external agencies andvendors to deliver highquality brand assets andmaterials.
    • Utilize data analysis to measure theperformance of brand initiatives and make datadrivendecisions.
    • Ensure brand compliance withindustry regulations andstandards.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inMarketing Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in brand managementwithin the wellness or healthcareindustry.
    • Demonstrated success in developingand implementing successful brandstrategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and make strategicrecommendations.
    • Excellent project managementand organizational abilities.
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internaland external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency inmarket research and trendanalysis.
    • Understanding of digital marketingtools and platforms.
    • Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and compliance within the wellnessindustry.


    WorkingDays: Monday toFriday
