    Vadodara

    Exp 13LPA

    Primary role will be to develop training plans and continuing education material to consistently improve associate behavior with regards to productivity and quality. Support management staff with creative training / education to improve overall operation effectiveness. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Training Program Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to address the needs of various departments and teams.
    • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
    • Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives.
    • Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to engage employees and enhance learning outcomes.
    1. Training Delivery and Facilitation:
    • Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hire orientation, job-specific training, and ongoing skill development workshops.
    • Serve as a facilitator during training sessions, encouraging participation and fostering a positive learning environment.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to support their growth and development.
    1. Quality Assurance Management:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational goals.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to assess adherence to standards and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
    1. Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and quality performance.
    • Analyze training evaluation data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Recommend and implement changes to training programs and quality processes based on feedback and data analysis.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and quality management to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
    1. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and quality assurance specialists, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, encouraging professional growth and skill enhancement.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their career development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in training and development, quality assurance, or a related field, with at least [7] years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
    • Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma) is a plus.
    • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) and/or quality management (e.g., CQM, Lean Six Sigma) is desirable.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for training development and quality assurance (e.g., learning management systems, quality management software).
