    Qualifications:

    • BE/BTechMSc/MCA PGDCA or any equivalentdegree
    • Experience: 4 6years

    MainDuties andResponsibilities:

    • BetterUnderstanding of IT Network Infrastructurecomponents.
    • Responsiblefor supporting daytoday operations on Network Infrastructure issues&requests.
    • Wellversed with Incident Problem Change management and escalationprocesses.
    • ManagingNetworkInventory.
    • Remotehands on support for IDF MDF in remote locations across theglobe
    • Invoicein Planned unplanned changeactivities.
    • Workwith Stakeholder in monitoring networkdevices.
    • VendorCoordination for Operation taskexecutions
    • Analyzerisks andopportunities
    • Ensurestandards and requirements are met through conducting qualityassurance tests

    SkillsandExperience:

    • Apositive attitude selfmotivation ability to work in a fastpaceddemanding environment and the ability to adapt to changingpriorities.
    • Aselfstarter able to work independently but comfortable working in ateamenvironment.
    • Dependableand flexible whennecessary.
    • Strongclientfacing and teamworkskills.
    • Handsonexperience with ITIL Service / Project Management tools
    • Excellentcommunication skills in English(spoken/written)
    • Strongwriting experience in delivering enduser documentation such asTechnical process documentation MOPsetc..
    • Thecandidate with CCNA (OR) JNCIA will be anadvantage.
    • Thecandidate withPMP (OR) ACP (OR) Prince2 Practitionerwill be anadvantage.

    Better Understanding of IT Network Infrastructure components.Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations on NetworkInfrastructure issues & requests.
