    We are hiring a Career Counselor to join our team at People Click Learning. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking career advice and assistance. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time role.     Job description Counsellor/Business development Executive

    # Counsel /Advice Aspirants according to their Background

    # Mentor them to take the particular Modules which suits their Profile or Domain

    # Give them the Confidence level to Build their Career in Respective Modules

    # Attend calls from / Call back Customers for Training requests

    # Create, update and track Training Sessions

    # Handle Training operations

    # Coordinate with Trainers

    # Connect with customers via calls, emails, SMS, etc for smooth delivery of the booked item

    # Provide smart solutions on the fly and deliver a great customer experience

    # Take feedbacks

    # We are on the look-out for young and energetic folks who are well versed in English both spoken and written, are passionate about creating a great experience for anyone they talk to, agile and fast-paced, familiar with Excel and, and can handle multiple channels of communication with ease.

    Responsibilities and Duties :

    # Excellent Oral communication Skill (English).

    # Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales

    # Educational Qualification: Graduation is a must.
