    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain personnel records of employees.
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
    • Preparing and managing the payrolls.
    • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
    • Create regular performance reports and presentations department wise.
    • Filing returns for all ESI and PF Compliance
    • Checking the factory maintenance, housekeeping and admin work.
    • Hiring new employees as per the organization requirement.

    Requirements

    • Should Know the working of a factory.
    • Experience with HR software.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
    • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
    • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
